Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Loved the close location to the beach and being near Publix and the Ugly Grouper. Restaurant. Manatee Beach was a short drive away, as were many shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the mini golf course and all the outdoor games like basketball, foos ball,l, ping pon, and corn hole, along with a Ninja Star and Axe throwing Board,. The pool and spa were heated ,and very clean. We spent most of our time in the pool and outdoor living area. We used the outdoor grill every day and enjoyed many family cookouts and eating in the upper level outdoor dining area. Our family enjoyed the beautiful and well thought out layout of this beach home. We played several of the Board Games provided, like Yahtzee and Ticket to Ride. There was a guest book with instructions on how to use the grill and appliances. The family really appreciated thach bedroom had its own ensuite bathroom.. We would definitely stay here again.!
Negative: The kitchen ice maker was a little noisy,, but could be unplugged. The addition of a bathroom closer to the pool area would have been more convenient..
