Our fully equipped and furnished house is the perfect place for a family or group getaway! You're located just off the main access road in Killington, Vermont and close to everything. Plus, the house is very accommodating and has lots of common area - living room, media room, sauna, deck, dining and kitchen area. NOTE: This property is noise-sensitive and has quiet hours to respect our neighbors.
The house has high-speed wireless Internet, air conditioning, smart TVs with cable, Netflix, Youtube Live and Amazon Prime Video, Amazon Echo devices with music, sauna, hot tub (included for peak ski season and optional setup fee other times), washer/dryer and fireplace (firewood provided). The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, stove, fridge, cookware, Keurig, coffee maker, dinnerware, utensils and more.
The bedding is set up as follows:
- Second Floor Bedroom #1: Queen bed, twin daybed
- Second Floor Bedroom #2: Queen bed, twin daybed
- Main Floor Bedroom #1: two twin bunk beds
- Main Floor Bedroom #2: twin/full bunk bed and twin/twin bunk bed
- Main Floor Bedroom #1: twin/twin bunk bed and twin bed
• The hot tub is included for the peak ski season weekends (late-December to mid-March). For other periods, there is an optional $195 set up fee. You understand use of hot tub and sauna is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved in using the hot tub. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from use of the hot tub, and hold owner and property manager harmless.
• Please be sure that you have entered the correct number of guests as we may have a per-person per-night surcharge to cover expenses. You can contact us for a custom quote before booking.
• Our minimum rental age is 25.
• We will provide you with door codes for our smart locks to come and go as you please and for contactless check in and out.
• Our standard check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am. We have some flexibility around those times depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check in or late check out may be available for an additional charge.
• Our entire home is non-smoking (e-cigs included). You may only smoke on the outdoor deck. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the house.
• You must e-sign and return our written rental agreement after you complete your booking.
• For your safety and ours, we have a camera on the front of the house facing the driveway. There are no cameras inside the house.
• Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. We use Minut, smart home technology that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask. We are committed to your comfort so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.
• Fireworks are not permitted.
• Dogs are considered. A $155 pet fee would apply.
• Please be advised that this property utilizes a ladder to access the bunk beds. By renting this property, you are agreeing to hold the owner and property manager harmless for any injury or death that is resulting from the use of the ladder.
