Summary: The stay was fine. When we first got our room it had not been cleaned. So after taking our luggage back down to the front desk, they only had a queen bed room which was a downgrade from our king room. They didn’t offer us any kind of discount. It took almost an hour for them to get someone to get the room clean. It still had full trash cans and trash piled on the nightstands and the dresser under the tv. The bathroom had no clean towels and the toilet hadn’t been flushed from the previous renter. The bed was still all messed up where it had been slept in. We will not stay there again.
