This is a beautiful one bedroom unit at 'Lake Tarpon Villas' Condominium.
During high season Sept.1st to April 30st we rent only minimum one week starting on Saturdays or Sundays. Please contact us to provide more days available then the calendar posted. We do have 2 more units, so check with us availability please.
Unit has a bathroom with shower and bath tub, spacious living room , kitchen is fully equipped , a Florida room(enclosed balcony) with water view, pool view ,a fantastic place to drink your coffee, read a book or just relax . Very clean and equipped with everything you need for a stress less and pleasant vacation. No need to bring beach towels, chairs, cooler, umbrella for a day in the sun, we provide all of it. Consider it a home away from home. The complex is surrounded by water and boardwalks.Parking lot convenient assigned close to the front door.This unit has a boat slip right in front of your balcony.Bring your boat and enjoy the beautiful Lake Tarpon , great for bass fishing. Fully furnished in a lagoon like setting on fresh water lake excellent for fishing, boating and water ski. It is smoke and pets free.

Full payment has to be receive 90 days in advance. Security deposit is USD 300( in order to reserve the unit ). Upon your departure, if the unit is left the same way it was when you arrived,(clean and no missing items, damages), full deposit amount will be reimburse to you few days after you leave.
If you golf,or play tennis, enjoy playing across the street at world class Innisbrook Resort.Lots of other golf courses around, free public tennis courts.Biking is ideal on the trail from Tarpon Springs all the way to St. Petersburg. Wall Spring Park offers a lot to do or just have a BBQ enjoying the birds, fishing , alligators etc.
Chestnut Park and Anderson Parks on 2,534 acre Lake Tarpon are only a few minutes away. Howard park, Sunset Beach, Honeymoon Island, just few minutes away. Highly recommended a trip just 30 min. away for a cool kayaking day. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. Carabas, Greek town, Chilies, Long Horn, Codys, and so many others . Grocery stores, Wall Mart, Publix, Walgreen's and few local fresh market very closed to the unit. Lake Tarpon is one of the top 10 bass lakes in Florida and features lakeside picnic tables and grills, playgrounds and an excellent boat ramps. Golf, bicycle, picnic, shop, dine out, or just relax and enjoy a beautiful sunset over the water.
NOTE:Rental *Renters of this home appreciate the 'Smoke Free','No pets' policy WITH NO EXCEPTIONS. We love pets but have learned not to stay in motels, hotels or rental homes where they are allowed. Also be aware, the community has strict rules about pets.(numbers of pets and size)
