Welcome to Sunset Paradise Villa! In our bright, and peaceful townhome, you can sit on the lanai and gaze at the clear blue sparkling ocean or equally marvel at the majestic mountains of Kauai’s North Shore. It’s the perfect place to watch sunsets evening after evening, hence the name Sunset Paradise Villa. We have been blessed to wake up to bird song and rainbows, watch spectacular Bali Hai sunsets and take early morning strolls for many memorable years.
Enjoy morning walks to the Point, or to the Princeville lookout, where from December to May you will be able to whale watch. Then when you turn back you will marvel at the mountain views and the majesty of Kauai’s north shore scenery.
The moment you walk through the door you will feel right at home in our comfortable and cool Sunset Paradise Villa. The spacious two story great room provides a bright and open air feeling. It is open to the kitchen, dining, and wet bar areas. This floorplan allows family and friends to gather and spend quality time while enjoying the spectacular views of the Makai golf course and sparkling ocean, and glorious Hawaiian trade winds. The gourmet chef’s kitchen has ample prep space to prepare family meals. The chef will appreciate the modern stainless steel appliances including double oven, granite countertops, and openness of the kitchen while prepping meals after a day of adventuring. The large sectional couch and six person dining area will be an ideal spot to gather. Guests will find themselves in awe of the sunsets while lounging in the hammock or outdoor seating on the main lanai. Guests are welcome to use the supplied beach chairs, sand toys, umbrella, and beach games, and strum the Ukulele.
The downstairs bedroom with private lanai offers two single beds, which is an ideal space for kids or can be converted to a california king if needed for an additional couple. The large bathroom on this floor features double sinks, modern tile, and a large shower with soaking tub. This bedroom also features a dedicated workspace and high speed internet.
The upstairs bedroom features a large balcony overlooking the great room, has a King bed, open workout space with free weights and a queen Murphy bed for extra guests, a modern full bathroom with walk-in shower, and a private lanai overlooking the fragrant Puakenikeni tree.
