Calichi at Picture Point is a completely “off grid” capable development with over 240 solar panels powering 16 Tesla Power Walls so guests will experience fully air conditioned accommodations and our heated resort class ozone filtered pool without worrying about power disruptions. Water fresh from our skies and collected from the roof tops coupled with triple micron filtration, charcoal and UV filter provides pure drinking water for our villas. Satellite TV and some of the fastest Internet on island provide the latest in modern communications and entertainment.
When entering the villa, you are in a spacious living area with large kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances including electric cooktop and oven, French door fridge with deep drawer freezer, as well as dishwasher for quick clean ups. The deep sink has a garbage disposal. Coffee maker, coffee bean grinder, microwave, toaster, juicer and other miscellaneous small kitchen appliances allow you to have all the conveniences of home. A comfortable sectional sofa and coffee table highlight the living room as well as a smart TV that can allow you to Netflix binge after a day at the beach. All televisions have access to Dish TV. The living area is rounded out with a dining room table for four to host gourmet meals or card games, visit our office for a selection of games. The bathroom has recessed lighting for that late-night bathroom run without waking the whole house with bright lights as well as a beautiful tile and glass shower stall. Every indoor space has central air and fans for your comfort. Additionally, each home has a washer and dryer. Outside the front door is an outdoor shower, grill for your fresh catch and chairs and cooler(cold beers not included) to make your beach trip as easy as possible.
Only 20 minutes to Cruz Bay and 3 minutes to Coral Bay from the nearest fully stocked grocery store, bars and restaurants. You re also only a 10 minute drive from Maho Beach, voted by frequent guests as the most favorite beach in the National Park.
