Hardwood flooring throughout, stainless steel appliances, upgraded kitchen and bathrooms with natural stone tiles. Open the doors and windows and enjoy the cross breeze and sounds of the waves crashing on the beach or close the doors and relax in the comfort of central air. The 1st floor entry is from a covered porch that leads to a small mudroom with natural stone flooring and storage closet. The second level has an open floor plan with kitchen, dining area, guest bath, living room offering ocean views from the balcony and furnished with a fold out couch for extra quests. The top floor has a master suite with full bath including a tiled shower and it also has a private balcony offering gorgeous ocean and Block Island views. There is a second en-suite bedroom with full bath offering beautiful views of the fishing and Block Island ferry pier. Lastly on the top floor is a hall laundry area with washer and dryer.
