Positive: It's a nice house in a decent neighborhood, so it was quiet at night. Very roomier on the inside, the patio by the pool was nice. The double garage in the back was nice, the alley is tight, better hope Noone else is driving in it too. Parking out front not so much. The Host was very nice, the process seemed a little invasive, but I get it, you want to make sure of who and why they are renting.
Negative: There were things that were not clean. And a lot of dings, scratches and gouges. The bathroom (jack n jill) you couldn't plug the tub to take a bath. The jet tub in the en-suite blew out a chunk of mold, and a jet or two didn't work at all, and one of the double sinks was cracked real bad. We found the towels in the dryer, so we folded the ones we did not use. You could hear the cars driving by like the windows were open, the blinds in the bunked room were broken, so you couldn't close them so it was an unused bedroom. The chairs outside on the back patio were the only decent chairs, the ones around the table and the bar were wobbly and missing screws.
