Rancho Bernardo is a master-planned community that sits in the northern hills of San Diego, California. Rancho Bernardo consists largely of canyons, rolling hills, and has developed into a sprawling community with shopping malls, golf courses and office parks that strongly resemble the downtown San Diego experience.
Guest Access:
This a private guest suite that is attached to the main home. However it has its own entrance and has no connection to the main home other than a shared wall. The yard, patio and hot tub are solely for your use.

Getting Around:
This is a suburb located 20 minutes north of San Diego so a car is recommended. Uber/Lyft are very active in San Diego and the assigned parking guarantees that you will always have parking should you venture out into greater San Diego.
Other Things to Note:
For stays longer than 30 days, I require a deposit in the amount of one month's rent to be paid offline due 60 days prior to arrival as well as a formal lease agreement.
Despite any stated cancellation policy, I will refund 100% for any cancellations made prior to 90 days from your arrival date. Thereafter I will refund your rental fee to the extent I am able to re-rent the unit for the days cancelled.
