Home is 300 ft away from Greenway Road (Main Road) very easy to be on your way to anywhere! Parking is a breeze with long drive way that can fit 3 cars!

Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay.There are no parties or events/get togethers allowed at this location. Quiet hours are from 9PM-8AM. All outdoor music must be at a reasonable level during the day and turned off by 9PM to ensure that you and our whole community can enjoy a restful night's sleep. We are dedicated to protecting our guests and neighbors from bothersome levels of noise and ask to have no music or loud sounds outside and reduced inside between our quiet hours. In an effort to do so, this property is equipped with Minut technology. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property.
Minut monitors sound levels (but does not record any sound or image). Minut will notify the host and guests of any excess sound levels outside of quiet hours and or if certain noise level peaks. Any attempt to remove or tamper the Minut devices or ignore quiet hours will result in guest cancellation and being escorted off the property immediately.
For the safety of our guests, we have 3 video surveillance cameras (Above Garage, Backyard, and above Front Door), 1 Ring Doorbell (Front Door), 1 camera inside the Garage, which will be locked off and in an unauthorized/restricted area. Cameras are located outside the property, monitoring all the entry points of the house and backyard, and the interior of the Garage Camera monitors supplies. Cameras are always on and do record both audio and video, if a guest blocks or tampers with the Ring doorbells or other exterior home security cameras this will result in immediate cancellation of booking and being escorted off the property with no refund.
Main driveway front gate is to remain open at all times and does not close.
Guests are kindly reminded that they are responsible for the security and care of their vehicles and personal belongings when parked in the driveway. Ensuring doors are locked, valuables are secured, and adhering to any specified guidelines contributes to maintaining a safe and pleasant environment for all. Property owners or hosts cannot be held accountable for any loss or damage incurred while vehicles and belongings are on the premises. Your cooperation and attention to this matter are greatly appreciated.
There is a pool/hot tub maintenance person who arrives on Tuesday and Friday each week. He knows not to disturb the guests, and stays on the outside only to tend to the pool and Hot Tub he arrives around 10:00 Am-4:00 Pm.
Trash Collection day is on Wednesday, and a representative will be available on Tuesday between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM to move the two trash bins to the street. They will then return the bins behind the gate, which usually happens around the same time (10:00 AM to 10:00 PM). Rest assured that the representative will be considerate and avoid disturbing any guests, as their task of moving the bins only takes a few minutes.
