Die Ferienwohnung liegt im Dachgeschoss unseres Einfamilienhauses. Sie ist gut geeignet für 2 Personen. Da es 5 Schlafmöglichkeiten gibt, können hier auch bis zu 5 Personen wohnen, z.B. Menschen, die gerne mal zusammenrücken, oder eine Familie mit kleinen Kindern.
Das Studio ist für Gruppen von Monteuren und ähnlichen ungeeignet.
Ein offenes Treppenhaus führt ins Obergeschoss mit galerieartigem Flur, Studio und Bad. Über dem Wohn- und Küchenbereich des Studios verläuft die Schlafgalerie mit 3 Schlafstätten. Durch das große Fenster kann man die Sterne beobachten. Zur Schlafgalerie gelangt man über eine steile, schiffsleiterartige Holztreppe.
Der Wohnbereich mit TV und Radio hat ein bequemes Sofa, das mit nur einem Handgriff in ein Doppelbett verwandelt werden kann. Es ist ein solides Dauerschlafsofa mit Gelkaltschaummatratze und Holzlattenrost. Vom Sofa aus hat man einen Ausblick über den Garten auf die Felder. Im Liegen hat man einen Himmelsblick oder die Sterne über sich. Natürlich kann man auch die Rollos herunter ziehen!
Die Küche ist mit Ceranfeld, Backofen Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster und mit Kochutensilien sowie 6-teiligem Geschirr ausgerüstet. Für kleine Kinder ist ein Tripp-Trapp Hochstuhl vorhanden.
Im geräumigen „grünen“ Duschbad gehören zur Ausstattung auch Föhn und Vergrößerungsspiegel.
Das Studio ist von mir mit Hilfe von Freunden ausgebaut worden. Ich erlebe nun, dass die schönen Erlebnisse beim Ausbauen eine harmonische Atmosphäre hinterlassen haben, die zu einem angenehmen, erholsamen Aufenthalt beitragen mag.
Der Parkplatz befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus.
Der Garten liegt hinter dem Haus nach Süden, in Richtung der Felder. Ein Gartenplatz mit Tisch und Stühlen bietet Gelegenheit zum Aufenthalt im Grünen. Bei gutem Wetter kann man hier oder auf der Liege im Halbschatten dösen, klönen oder lesen. Im Garten kann gegrillt werden, es gibt eine Feuerstelle und genug Holz. Spiele (Bälle, Boule) sind im Schuppen zu finden. Der Schuppen ist zum Abstellen von Fahrrädern, Surf- und Kiteausrüstungen und Ähnlichem geeignet.
Zur Mitbenutzung steht die Waschmaschine im Keller zur Verfügung sowie die Wäscheleine im Garten oder ein Wäscheständer für Innen. Ich bitte um eine rücksichtsvolle, umweltfreundliche Nutzung der Waschmaschine, also 1-2 mal pro Woche oder pro Aufenthalt.
Da ich im Haus wohne, bin ich als Ansprechpartnerin für Fragen und Absprachen leicht erreichbar. Das darf auch gern in Englisch sein.
In meiner Privatwohnung lebt auch eine Katze, deshalb können keine Haustiere in die Ferienwohnung mitgebracht werden.
