OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
1/We love hosting peaceful & respectful people. No drugs or 420. Controlled drinking only. No party, no loud music, no visitors as well. All guests must be registered and no more than 13 people including infants, no exception.
We do not recommend our home for guests who find a place for throwing a party, hanging out, uncontrolled drinking, drugs and making noise .
2/ We love to make this house PET FREE to welcome people who are allergic with animals dandruff like us.
We clean all our airbnbs ourselves . If you go with the real service animals, ( pls no Cat šŸˆ , no ESA, no fake SA as well) , pls advise us in advance and let us approve first, due to we are seriously allergic with animals dandruff.
We do charge $200/ animal for special cleaning after trip & max 2 animals only.
āŒService animals have to be with you all the time. Do not leave them in house when going out.
āŒ Pets or service animals coming without notice can take us to the hospital for allergic reactions & you may have to take responsibility for our medical treatment.
3/ Pls park in our driveway, (or park in street in front of the house but itā€™s not recommended parking in front other houses due to we dont wanna bother our lovely neighbors)
āœ… 1 car maximum for your group.
4/ There is street cleaning on the first and third Thursday of every month, between 10am to 2:30pm. Please make sure your car is on our driveway when the time comes to avoid being ticketed!

There will be no incoming post office mails from guests allowed in the our home. Pls rent a postal office box or other options to receive your mails and packages there ($15-20/month). Amazon/Fedex/UPS and other package deliveries should be forwarded to the your mailbox rental as well. Only food delivery (Post-mate, Uber eats) are allowed.
If we receive any un-authorized mails here at the house with your names, we will refuse them and it will be a ground for early termination without any refund or deposit back.

Summary: We had plans to go to Disney or knox Berry farm, after seeing this house nobody wanted to go anywhere we didn't have to! Everything we needed was there. We had 3 generations together and nobody got bored. I could go on and on about this property but to get to the point...we will be back to stay here!
