Villa Malini is a unique rustic villa located in the picturesque village Gondolići near the old town of Labin. It is situated on a hill with a beautiful view of the sea and the island of Cres as well as the tops of the Mount Učka. Villa Malini was created as a family project of heritage preservation with a reconstruction of an autochthonous, Istrian house from the early 20th century with application of traditional crafts, original materials as well as the original construction method.
The beautiful vila Malini in Gondolići includes two houses with a cellar, a total area of 226 m2, which are issued as a whole in order to preserve the the intimacy necessary for socializing and complete relaxation. The smaller house was carried out as a completely open space to the roof and makes it an ideal accommodation for 2 persons. It includes a fully equipped bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace and TV, and a bedroom on a romantic gallery. The larger house offers the possibility of accommodation for 6 people with three bedrooms, living room with fireplace and TV, kitchen and dining room. One bathroom is furnished as a relaxation area with a Finnish sauna. Villa Malini combines new furniture in rustic style with selected antique pieces restored with love and care. Max TV and free Wi-Fi signal are availablein both villas. Both houses are air-conditioned and there are two parking spaces.

Numerous stone terraces of the villa Malini are surrounded with flowers and Mediterranean plants (drip system irrigation) offering unique views.
