Positive: Located 100metres from Vauxhall station and on the Thames walking path - Was a long drive to get to places North eg at the end of our week an UBER to Luton took an age. Good little kitchen, with dishwasher, took an age to make the TV work until I realised it had a rabbit ears aerial fallen down behind. Some manipulation of the rabbit ears and Voila! It's been 40 years since I've used one of those. No aircon but was okay the week we were there (mid June 2025). Good access doors to the balconies. Double glazing. Quiet enough after the chat from the nearby restaurants eased off.

Negative: Bedroom very small - really hardly bigger than the bed - and living room properly furnished (coffee table way too big - who did that?) but left no space in either room to open and deal with our large luggage, so we were stepping over suitcases for a week. Mattress was feeble beyond belief. I think it was probably new enough it was just very cheap that's my guess. Fortunately we were always exhausted so managed to pass out anyway. Stay again? If they tell me they've installed new serious mattresses - yes.
