The house/Chalet has an Open floor plan, full open bar with mixers anything used from the bar is to be replaced, or just bring your own 😃) , The Wrap around porch allows, spectacular sunsets from every windows while sipping your Champage on the Dock embracing the splendor of our Spectacular Sunsets and the abundance of wildlife here, all utilities are included , high speed WIFI, extra long 300 Ft pier for fishing, ( bring your own fishing equipment and tackle) or use ours at the Boathouse (Tackle not included) take in the splendor of the lake and spectacular wildlife watch deer drinking at the lake and coming up to you for food, Swan, Duck, Geese etc. Splendor at the Bald Eagles nesting on the Property.
We have an amazing wine vin-yard located at the front the property, oranges, tangerines, figs, grapes, and pecan and peach trees. Backyard lakefront patio for barbecuing and grilling. Propane, and charcoal and grilling utensils provided.
The end of the huge dock has a seating area to view to view sunset over the Pristine Lake while sipping your favorite Cocktail or a glass of fine Champange which is Complementary. A Truly spectacular vacation experience
