Your private room is in a three-bedroom home located in Buena Vista, a peaceful neighborhood just minutes from Wynwood, Midtown, and Jackson Memorial Hospital. It’s also just a 15-minute drive to Downtown and the MIA Airport.
While we love the quiet nature of our street, it’s a residential neighborhood, not a bustling commercial one. It might seem a little rough at first, but our neighbors are approachable and friendly.
Our home is shared with a very chill, long-term tenant who we`ve known for years. The other bedrooms are listed for short-term rental. You have access to the shared patio, living room, dining room, kitchen, and laundry area.
Wi-Fi & Parking: We provide free Wi-Fi and free on-street parking right in front of the house. The driveway is reserved by an air conditioning company, so you may see their vans and crew in the morning or evening, but they are very respectful and won`t be in your way.
AC Temperature: The air conditioning is set to a comfortable 73°F (23°C) and cannot be adjusted. We`ve found this is a temperature that our system can maintain consistently and is a good compromise for most guests.
