The open-concept layout includes a dining area with seating for eight, a large kitchen with an island and seating for four, and a cozy living room with a decorative fireplace (not for use), TV, and a view of the back deck.
The master suite features a king bed, TV, and an ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and a walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms are also spacious, one with a queen bed and the other with a king bed. An additional full bath includes dual sinks and a tub/shower combo.
The basement is an entertainer's dream, featuring a game room with an air hockey/ping pong table, a Pac-Man arcade game, and a full pull-out sofa. A smart TV with an N64 game console and four controllers is also available for your enjoyment. For fitness enthusiasts, there's an exercise bike on the unfinished side of the basement.
Step outside to the back deck to enjoy nature and grill up delicious meals. A propane fire table provides warmth on chillier nights. The attached garage is available for use and contains a treadmill and two bikes, perfect for a ride to the park.
This home is in a prime location, close to shopping, restaurants, Cleveland Metroparks, and a short drive to downtown Cleveland and the airport. Experience comfort, convenience, and fun all in one place!
There is a ring doorbell on the front door that monitors and records video. Please be aware of our House rules.

🤫 We have decibel readers that track noise levels outside (these do not record conversations). We have had noise complaints from neighbors and have a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm-8am.
🐾 A max of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125/stay. NO CATS ALLOWED. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee.
🚫 Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees.
This is to protect guests with allergies and ensure our cleaners can keep the home in top condition for all visitors.
