Positive: The quality of the accomodation is way above average, very large room with a big nice bed and a desk, clean and spacious bathroom, and a common area where you can cook. Situated in a quiet neighborhood, a nice choice when visiting Orlando or KSC
Negative: Communication needs to be improved. If you have a problem, lets say with your door code, you need to wait because nobody will come to the place to sort the situation fast. Also you speak with some people that are not native english speakers, and sometimes their messages does not make any sense and create confusion. I dont think i would recommend the place for that reason, its a shame because otherwise the facility is awesome.
