Beach gear for the public beach only 4 streets direct to ocean. Basically, everything you need for a getaway, tucked away in the perfect spot, 1/8 mile from the Seaside Boardwalk, too.
Upstairs, you have a well set up, open view VIP super suite w 2-3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. And the bathrooms are styled out with tile work and are upscale. The 2nd bathroom has double sinks with a changing room and coded outside entrance. You are able to Kayak, pedal boat, paddleboard, and more, without having to be in open water. The lagoon is protected. This water is deeper and cleaner than most of the Bay waters.
