Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms and a loft provide restful spaces after days outdoors. On the main level, the primary suite has a king bed, 45” Smart TV, and French doors opening to the patio. Its ensuite bathroom includes a shower/tub combo and dual vanities. Upstairs, one bedroom holds a queen bed with serene views, while another features a twin-over-queen bunk suited for families or friends. A sofa sleeper in the loft offers additional space.
Living spaces
The main level blends handcrafted woodwork with open comfort. Vaulted ceilings and bay windows frame the view, while a wood-burning fireplace and freestanding stove create a warm gathering spot. A 65” Smart TV offers entertainment, and the dining table seats six with extra space at the granite-topped kitchen island. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, stone counters, cookware, and essentials for meals together. Upstairs, the loft doubles as a versatile area for board games, reading, or setting up at the dedicated workspace. The converted garage serves as a game room with foosball, basketball, and an extra fridge.
Outdoor living
Two expansive decks and a front patio provide plenty of ways to enjoy the mountain air. Gather around the fire pit, share meals at the outdoor dining table, or prepare food on the propane grill. Out back, the private hot tub offers a soothing retreat, surrounded by forest and glowing string lights after dark.

***IMPORTANT*** Please be advised that this home is located on a sloped road on an elevated property. All guests must have 4-wheel drive or all wheel drive vehicles are required to access the home, especially in the winter and during rough weather conditions. We are not responsible for vehicles getting stuck or having issues accessing the property. Thanks for your understanding!
For guests staying from late October through late April, a 4WD vehicle is required. Most winter storms will provide about 5" of snow at one time. The road and our driveway is steep and can be problematic for cars not properly equipped to handle snow. The neighborhood roads and driveway are regularly plowed as needed during the winter months.
WOOD-BURNING FIREPLACE: In addition to central heating, this home features a wood-burning stove/fireplace. We kindly ask that you bring your own firewood if you plan to use it during your stay.
SUMMER: It is uncommon for mountain homes to have AC. The home does not have AC but has various windows that can be opened with ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living areas.
WINTER: Please note that this home is on a sloped road and elevated property. From late October to late April, AWD OR 4WD VEHICLES ARE REQUIRED due to potential snowfall. Winter storms typically bring about 5" of snow and our steep driveway requires proper snow-handling vehicles. Local roads and the driveway are plowed but 4WD or AWD vehicles are a must, especially in winter and bad weather. We're not responsible for stuck vehicles or access issues. Thanks for your understanding!
During icy, wet, or slippery weather conditions, please use extra caution when walking on the exterior stairs, patio deck and on the walkways. We are not responsible for any injuries or accidents resulting from slips or falls on the property. However, we will do our best to keep the driveway, stairs, and home entrances cleared and safe for all of our guests.
For safety and security purposes, we have a Ring doorbell security camera on the outside of the property at the front door. There are absolutely no cameras inside the home.
