Positive: Very nice apartment, updated. Quiet And private and accommodating.
Negative: The picture that's advertised is misleading. I was under the impression I would be on or near the beach. Really it's an apartment located above a garage that's behind a mansion in a neighborhood that is not on the beach. Also, this host trying to charge me an extra $500, $300 for a pet and $200 for checking out late. Did my late check out make you lose out on any money? Doubt it! I left the place spotless. I even washed your towels so the cleaners wouldn't have much to do. I ONLY search for rentals that accept pets because I have a pet. I reserved for 2 adults and 1 pet. My pet caused NO damage. No doubt. I'm homeless with my 16yo daughter (waiting to be approved for an apartment). I paid upfront $510 for 4 nights. You all live in a mansion and most likely not hurting for money and certainly not dealing with the lack of a place to lay your head every night. Sure, let me give you an extra $500 instead of using it toward a deposit for a permanent home. I'm sure you could use it for something FAR more important!
