- Moran Lake Beach is just a quick 1-minute walk away! Simply head down 4 homes and access the sand from East Cliff. Please note, there isn't direct beach access from in front of the house. Sometimes the sand does sit in front where you can access from main beach.

Summary: The trip to our favorite location , Santa Cruz , was AWSOME . The weather was perfect, the location of the home , perfect . One huge setback was Construction at each house on either side of this house. We arrived on Friday afternoon to construction trucks on both sides of the driveway with considerable construction noise. It’s not the homeowners fault BUT a HEADS-UP would of been very appreciative !! The pictures make the inside of the home look much bigger but it did fit our family needs. “ THE DECK IS THE SELLING POINT , your practically on top of the water and that’s what we wanted ( no foot traffic or roads to spoil you from the water ) going down to the water is a short walk 4-5 houses away . The kitchen was nice and had most of what you will need ( has No cookie sheet pans , pantry was just minimal and fridge nothing — so bring Everything you’d want for a recipe ). Bathrooms were nice and beds OK — a little hard , but spacious . Street side very congested and you are right before a curve with no sidewalks. We brought bikes but didn’t feel comfortable riding by the house and took the bikes to another location to ride. All- in- all celebrating my husband’s 70th, our sons 50th and our other sons 43rd Birthday was very Special at our favorite Santa Cruz with a Very nice home that meet our needs.
