No private parking is available. Street parking on side streets for 2 hours only. After 6.30pm on weekdays are free and after 12.30pm on Saturdays is free. All day Sunday is free.

NO SMOKING: Strictly NO smoking inside, on the balcony, or in any outside areas.
PENALTIES: If any damage is caused, smoking takes place or there is evidence of a party there will be a $250 penalty plus we will request the repair costs plus the extra cleaning costs. If a guest coming in needs to be moved to another property due to the damage or smell of smoke still being present, we will also request the cost of that night's stay. Please respect these rules.
