There are two cozy cabins on this property that we rent together. If you book through this listing, you are reserving both cabins- the entire property. We do not rent these cabins separately so that your privacy is ensured. We find this setting ideal for friends that want to get away together or a family that likes extra space. There is a firepit and BBQ located between the cabins and large yard in front of the cabins. Each of the cabins have great deck space and common spaces to mingle together as well as privacy screens when alone time is needed. We are happily situated close to Riggins, New Meadows and McCall to provide a comfortable and convenient home base but far enough away that you can enjoy the peace of the area.
There is nothing like sitting on the deck and hearing the sounds of the river!
Sunrise Cabin- This cozy studio cottage has everything you need to embrace the outdoors, have the conveniences of modern amenities and the privacy when you want to get away. The Little Salmon River awaits you right out your door whether you want to fish, enjoy the sounds of the rushing waters, view wildlife, or just stay indoors with a fantastic view-we have you covered! Inside you will find a fully operational kitchen with refrigerator, oven, microwave, Keurig, coffee maker and other small appliances. There is a fireplace for those cold nights, ductless AC to keep you comfortable when it gets warm, a charcoal grill for cooking outdoors, Wi-Fi and a 50” smart TV to catch up on your shows or to relax after a day of adventure.
There is a queen memory foam hybrid bed. We offer a twin fold out bed on advance request. Sunrise Cabin can sleep 3.

A great cabin for your next relaxing getaway or adventure in an amazing landscape. This house is situated close to varied areas for the outdoor enthusiasts! It would make a great home base or an end destination! This house is outfitted with a fully functioning kitchen, 50" smart TV, Wi-Fi, BBQ, ductless AC/heater and comfortable modern furnishings. The bedroom has a queen memory foam hybrid mattress. The common space/living room has a futon that is suitable for child or small framed adult. A folding twin bed is available upon advance request. The Little Salmon River is right outside your door and is the highlight of this house no matter the season.

We reserve the right to change decorations, furniture placement, bed arrangement and any other piece of equipment as long as the house still sleeps the same number of people or more. We will always try and have the most updated pictures online. We are subscribed to highest speed of Internet available but, from there, it is up to our service provider. We are able to stream movies and browse the internet without problems most days. Cell phone service, for most providers, is spotty to non- existent on its own, unless you enable Wi-Fi calling on your device. We have a hardwired phone available in each cabin.
We do not allow pets or parties.
