Enjoy an extended stay (of 30 days or more) in this centrally-located apartment, the upstairs unit of a duplex in a great urban neighborhood.
Great light and views. As much as I love the views of downtown KC MO from here, the views of the Kansas and Missouri Rivers and their bridges may be my favorite aspect of the vistas provided from this hilltop perch.
There is a small designated work space off of the bedroom. There are TVs in the living room and the bedroom. Bathroom has heated floors. There's a 5' x 14' balcony off of the living room. Kitchen oven has an induction cook top.

The last picture of the Kansas City skyline (taken by my neighbor Artie) shows the home / duplex in which this apartment is being rented in the lower right-hand corner. I say that because sometimes the photos provided in listings are stock photos from around town and not actually representative of the views you get from the listing but if anything the views from this property are better than what I can share photographically, though I think already did an amazing job of capturing it here.
