Positive: Nice apartment with 2 full bathrooms but under the Master bedroom bed was Plenty of hair, dust and garbage from what looked like several years, you Need to take a serious look at your housekeeping crews because they are severely lacking in what they do. I call them just "Surface Cleaners" because they don't look underneath major pieces of furniture! Plus, the Master bed needs a new mattress because there is a Hump in the middle!!!
Negative: Vacasa Property Management is Seriously Lacking as a responsible property manager because they don't put the needs of their customers as a Priority! We spent $1,100 for what we hoped was going to be a quiet weekend in the mountains at Keystone, but we were not aware and were not told about major construction going on across the street! We were awakened at 6:30-7:00 am every morning except Sunday by construction equipment and crews. If we had known this was going on we wouldn't have stayed there and picked a different rental, because we also could have stayed home and heard the same noises for Free! But Vacasa would not tell their customers this because then they couldn't strip their multiple $$$ in fees from every customer which is obviously the Only Thing They Care About!!!
