The villa has an ideal setting just two streets back from the main resort center road, is a uniquely designed villa, slightly elevated to take in the sea views. The villa also benefits from free WiFi and air conditioned / heated bedrooms.
The fully fitted kitchen, with access to a separate washing room, is adjacent to the open plan lounge / dining area. A few steps lead down to the seating area which has patio doors out onto the terrace with fabulous views over Santo Tomas and the sea.
The double bedroom has wicker style furniture and fitted wardrobes. The en suite bathroom is tiled in bright blue and crisp white.
Downstairs are the twin bedrooms, which are the same size and have direct access onto the pool terrace, perfect for an early morning swim without disturbing others. The bathroom on this level has ample space and is warmly decorated in peach tones. The third twin bedroom is more private having its' own en suite shower room.
Wardrobes are provided for all bedrooms and are situated in a separate dressing room.
All bedrooms benefit from air conditioning / heating at no extra cost.
The villa has a fantastic exterior: the upper terrace has amazing views out over the white roof tops of the resort towards the azure waters of the sea.
The terracotta pool terrace is surrounded by pink bougainvillea, home to the outside dining area and BBQ: perfect for eating alfresco. Towards the front of the villa, there is also a large lawned area and ample parking space at the bottom of the ramp up to the villa.
