Positive: The area is beautiful, the location on the beach and the proximity to the flamingos are impressive. The pool is nice.
Negative: There is no air conditioning, you can get really hot in the apartments, and even if you open the windows, the room cannot be ventilated. The space is inconvenient: we booked for 4 people: the children slept in a tiny hole on a bunk bed, and we each lay on a sofa in the living room. There was not even enough space to put our suitcases in one place, we had to stack them on top of each other. The smoke from the smoking neighbors was terribly disturbing, because we could constantly smell it through the open window. On a day, while we were having breakfast on the terrace, they came to mow the grass with a gasoline (=loud) lawnmower, in vain we asked them to come back a little later. Since there was no grass, they only stirred up dust in the area...
Summary: It was a disappointment compared to what was described.
