Positive: Very close to the lovely beach Close to the restaurants and shops Kids enjoyed the pool
Negative: The delivery of goods for the market every morning from about 4 or 5 am and the whole morning
Summary: We loved Mimizan Plage and would definitely come back but not in a property next to the market
