Lower level with second living room with two sleeper sofas and half bathroom. Walkout basement to new concrete patio with hot tub. Deck off of first floor provides amazing views of Lost Lake with private dock and rowboat and kayaks available for your use. Living room with wood burning fireplace for those cool summer nights or for after your day of snowmobiling. Ample parking for your boat trailers and snowmobile trailers. Boat launch less than half a mile away. Snowmobile trail about a mile away. We also have high speed Starlink internet.
