Ideally located in the district of La Corniche, glued to the Dune du Pyla, this house on the first line with direct and private access to the sea offers an exceptional view on the Bassin d'Arcachon, Cap Ferret, Bench of Arguin and the Ocean.
The house is new. The work was completed at the end of April 2014. Respecting the traditional style that makes the charm of the Pyla, this luxury house, facing the sea, will give you the impression of being on the deck of a ship due to its dominant position in relation to the basin and the view that is extraordinary!!!

The entrance opens onto a large L shaped room of 60 square meters, with an American kitchen and the living room overlooking the sea on the left. This room opens onto a terrace facing the sea of 40m2 for lunch / dinner outside enjoying the magnificent view. The master bedroom is also upstairs with its dressing room and a bathroom with tub.
A staircase leads to the lower floor and to the 4 other bedrooms (and 3 bathrooms).
All rooms have sea view. Large terrace in front of the rooms.

The house is on the front line at the water with direct and private access to the sea which is below the garden. Outdoor shower for beach return.
