Summary: Great location, you can see the ocean from the living room. You step out walk 50 yards and are at the beach. There is a supermarket about 10 min walk that is very convenient. It was good to have a couple of beach chairs and a boogie board to use during our stay. However the building is old, the apartment could use some improvements.
