The house has: grassy area in the front and side entrance for three cars; two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two bunk beds (both have ceiling fans, shelves along one of the walls and balcony doors that open onto a side balcony containing two hammocks); living room with sofa bed, flirt, 32 "LED TV with satellite dish, WI-FI, ceiling fan and balcony door that opens to the same balcony already mentioned, full kitchen (refrigerator, stove, microwave, blender, juicer fruit and kitchen utensils), dining area with table and six chairs. In the back, balcony with barbecue, sink, masonry counter in "L", table with four chairs and two stools, complete bathroom, cold tank and walled shower with grassy area in the surroundings (the photos adequately illustrate the description of the property). Next to the beach there are two bars serving drinks and snacks on the sand, a pub restaurant open to the public (Gato Negro) and a dive shop. The house is 200 m from the famous South Island restaurant, 500 m from the Three Tombs Waterfall, and is at the following distances from the South beaches: Feiticeira - 800 m, Julião - 1. 200 m, Grande - 2 km, Curral ( the most famous of Ilhabela) - 4 km, Veloso - 5 km. In Praia Grande and nearby there are restaurants, snack bars, pizzerias, bakeries, supermarket (Hill), pharmacy and convenience store that runs until midnight.
