We are a family of 4 members. My partner Miguel and I are 49 years old and have 2 children. I am a teacher of Early Childhood and Primary Education, and my partner works for an automotive company. We love nature and spending time at home with the family.
Miguel really likes the countryside, the mountains, playing paddle tennis... He is the handyman of the house. I could say that he dares to do everything!
And I bring the creative side to the family. I am always doing new things. I like learning and crafts.
Now that our children are a little older, we like the idea of hosting students (children, young people or adults) at home, to help them get to know and learn our culture and language, and to be able to offer them a family environment where they feel welcomed. We believe that it can be a very enriching experience for everyone. An opportunity for language exchange that we certainly want our children to take advantage of.
We live in a very family-friendly and quiet development.We have a swimming pool and a large communal garden. The use of these facilities will only be permitted with our company and whenever possible on those days. You can consult on the day of arrival.
We offer for the use and enjoyment of our guest, one bedroom and one bathroom, not the rest of the house. If you want to use the kitchen, you can also consult and agree on the same day of arrival.
Our house is located in a very quiet and family-friendly neighborhood in the capital of Madrid. 5 minutes from Adolfo Suárez Airport and IFEMA (Madrid Trade Fair Center). And next to places that we love, such as Juan Carlos I Park or Capricho. The location of our house is privileged, we are 4 minutes walk from the metro (line 5) Alameda de Osuna, direct to the center (Gran Vía, Callao ...) In addition, we are lucky to live a few meters from the Brezos Sports Club. Where tennis and paddle tennis tournaments are held.They have very complete facilities with a large swimming pool, restaurant, sports fields... We also have a municipal sports centre very close by with a heated swimming pool, library and all the services you may need (shops, doctors, restaurants, hairdressers...)
Room with 2 bunk beds. It has a table, 2 chairs, a single armchair and an auxiliary piece of furniture (a rack with hangers and spaces for clothes or accessories). Access to a bathroom (exclusive use for the guest).
