1. Our property is within close proximity to the I-82 freeway which does provide some “white noise” in the background (not audible inside the house).
2. No parties or unauthorized guests please. This space is best for quiet guests who can be considerate of their next door neighbors.

-I have two friendly doggies so you may receive a welcome bark. They of course will bark if someone knocks on the front door or rings the doorbell. I work from home but I will be cautious of noise.
