Open space modern studio attached to our house. Everything is brand new and features a shower with a toilet, a queen mattress bedroom, kitchenette ( stove, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, utensils), dining space, a TV. Great views of the Salt Lake Valley.
The studio is just for yourself with everything you need. Quiet, safe, comfortable and private.
The entrance is private , the door is locked with a key. The neighborhood is very safe, middle class, quiet, clean and close to everything:

Downtown- 15 minutes
Closest grocery store - 3 minutes
Closest hospital- 6 minutes
Closest hiking trail - 5 minutes

Summary: I would recommend this cute studio place. The bed was comfortable. There was a space heater so I could control the temp of the place. The place has a ceiling fan, which I actually used at the end of October. The kitchenette was perfect. The neighborhood was nice and I felt completely safe. The view from the front yard of the home was amazing. I was within 5 minutes of Natural Grocers. The only downside was...the studio is attached to someone's home. I went to bed at 8PM as I had an early morning the following day and I was still being awakened at 9:50PM by whatever was going on in the home. I kindly reached out to the owner and the house quieted. If I wasn't "that" person that likes to go to bed early, there wouldn't have been any issues.
