Portside Resort - 2 Bedroom and 2.5 BATHS - YES! 2 FULL BATHS and 1 half bath downstairs! Located on Front Beach Road across the street from the beach! Equipped with full kitchen, washer and dryer. Both the Master and Guest bedrooms both have KING beds. Family oriented with full access to the beach just right across the street! A sleeper sofa is even located in the the living room area (houses a queen mattress).
Portside Beach Resort is situated on 16 beautiful landscaped acres. The community is very neighborly. There is room to ride your bikes, take leisurely walks, and spend time on the porch away from all the traffic of the beach. There are 3 pools on site (one heated, seasonal), kiddie pool, Hot tub, 3 tennis courts, club house and shuffle board areas. During your stay at Portside, there will not be a wasted minute waiting on elevators, luggage carts or traveling back and forth to a parking garage as you have the convenience of parking at your front door. Speaking of convenience, you're just minutes from Panama City's New International Airport, Frank Brown Park, Pier Park, fishing, scuba diving, sailing, golf, jet ski, parasailing, fine dining, shopping and much more. If you're a beach lover, located directly across the street is the beautiful beach, and the warm emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

Summary: My boyfriend and I went with another couple to stay and celebrate our recent graduation from nursing school. We didn’t know what to expect but we were blown away. The check in and out process was SO easy and we had no problems whatsoever. When we arrived the place was spot clean and exactly like the photos. Plenty of room with all of the tools and necessities you need. There are two pools with one of them being less than a minute walk and hardly anyone there most days. The beach is about an 8 minute walk but there was plenty of parking closer in case you have a lot of stuff to carry. The beach was AMAZING and beyond what we could have asked for. Clear sand and blue water. So many restaurants and attractions just a few minutes away (drivable and also walkable). The neighborhood is quiet and very friendly. We truly could not have asked for a better vacation and easier rental. Overall 10/10 experience.
