This home is located on the East Central End of the island. It features 4 bedrooms/ 4 Bathrooms. It has a large kitchen with an open living room. Both Master bedrooms and living room have beautiful views to the beach. You will love the large kitchen with the open floor plan. Tile through out the home. The living room opens to a large covered back porch with plenty of chairs to relax and watch the kids play on the beach or in the pool. The pool has a water fall feature with a mural mermaid and fish in the pool. The pool has a pergola for those who love the shade. The pool is heated to 84 degrees in March, April, May, September and October. The Pool is NOT heated in November, December, January and February. The waterfall feature and pool heater may of may not work at the same time. Sorry, No Smoking!, No Pets! Smart Tv's are provided in the living room and bedrooms. Internet is provided. Cable TV is no longer provided. You will need your own streaming account.
