Hilton Scottsdale Villa Mirage Resort on Princess Drive is a 20 min walk or UBER/Lyft to the Phoenix Open. The two bedroom accomodation is1012 sq ft spanning two connecting condo-style units. The large 1 King bed/bath unit has 2 TV's, S Ifull kitchen w/ dishwasher, full-sized fridge w/ icemaker,blender, microwave and stove with full oven. Second connecting unit is a Studio: 1 queen bed, spacious bath. It has its own TV, mini kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, full-sized fridge, icemaker, coffee station, seating area w/ sofa bed and its own outside entrance. All beds are luxury pillow-top mattresses with quality bedding, and both have patios with outdoor seating. Each unit has its own outside entrance. NO SMOKING-NO PETS TENANT WILL BE LIABLE FOR $500 FINE.
The Resort has WIFI throughout the property, heated pool/spa, pool-side cafe/bar, and a full range of games, pickle ball courts, basketball, bocce ball, and daily free activities on site. (Craft activities will have fees for materials). Lush bath towels and pool towels are provided in each unit. BBQ grills and picnic areas are available throughout the property.
Kitchens are complete with pots, pans, frying pans, utensils, paper towels and dishwasher soap. Coffee is provided for initial night, but only basic condiments, so you will have to suppliment for a full week. Complimentary coffee is available in the lobby.
Trader Joe's is less than a mile from SVM, and has affordable gourmet items in convenient sizes for a short stay. Their selections of high quality meats, cheeses, gourmet condiments and snacks, fresh vegetables and legendary frozen meals and desserts are famous world-wide. Their "3-buck Chuck" house wine is worth a try, and the full selection of wine and beer rivals big box liquor stores. Less than 10 minutes from your door.
Scottsdale's world-famous spas, shopping and dining is as close as the nearby Princess resort, and the major shopping and dining options are less than 3-5 miles away---many offering catering and delivery. Uber/Lyft availble.
