Summary: Overall, the property served us well. Had difficulty opening the door lock, but received prompt help from person on call. There needs to be anti-slip tub mats or decals in the bathtubs. The shower water fluctuates. The pool bottom needs cleaning attention. The upstairs bedroom window is stuck open.
