Latitude 33 is a luxury eco-friendly 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home in the heart of the Yallingup region. Only minutes to the iconic Yallingup Beach and close to all the amenities of Dunsborough.
This stunning property is set on 2.5 acres of beautiful gardens and lawn. It is the ultimate private retreat where you can enjoy a glass of wine while watching the kangaroos and abundant bird life. Families have plenty of room to play footy or backyard cricket. Due to our wildlife and comfort of other guests, we can not welcome pets onto the property.
Upon arrival the travertine marble entry leads into a spacious North facing open plan living area, with soaring ceilings. An abundance of glass provides a lovely outlook over the property while catching winter sunshine, flooding the home with warmth and light. The generous living space encompasses a gourmet kitchen, stone bench tops and breakfast bar.
The kitchen is well appointed with quality appliances and is fully equipped with all you will need. It adjoins the open plan dining and lounge area with TV and DVD. For the tech savvy use the mini Google to put on music including our great south west radio stations. Internet available and good mobile coverage on the property.
The living room features a cosy wood fire for winter and double doors that lead onto an enormous undercover alfresco area with travertine flooring and cedar ceiling. A built-in barbecue with Toodyay stone surround is the perfect place to entertain friends and family.
