The space
The home is on a quiet residential street and has the benefit of backing onto a well-kept green space, so it is very peaceful. The entrance opens to a stairway and at the top of the stairs, your flat is on the right. The door opens into a private studio, which is relatively small, however, it has everything you could need to feel at home. There is a functional kitchen area, a chair for lounging, a double bed, and even a small dining table. There is also an ensuite shower room. Decoration is simple and neutral, suitable for all tastes and it provides a great base to relax in.

Guest access
The home is yours for the entirety of your stay. You will not share any spaces with anyone else.

We strive to provide as much information as possible to ensure our listing is accurate. Please make sure you read the listing thoroughly before booking. Whilst we are on hand to assist with any issues during your stay, we are unable to make changes to anything within the home to suit individual needs.

This home is equipped with small hand soaps, toilet roll and basic kitchen items such as a sponge, washing liquid, bin liners and salt & pepper. If you want anything specific, such as liquid hand soap or kitchen roll, please ensure you bring this with you for your stay.

If you wish to extend your stay, you must check with our team. The earlier you check, the better as we are sometimes unable to reschedule cleaning to suit. We must provide at least 48 hours notice to our cleaners.

Pass the Keys® provides a high standard of service for short-let properties. Each property is professionally maintained and cleaned, with hotel-quality linen. We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay.

If the management team are called out to a resolve an issue where you are at fault, you will incur a £50 callout charge, i.e. if you cannot connect to the Wi-Fi, but you have unplugged the router.

Additional rules
- Parties are strictly prohibited, this is a quiet residential area, not suitable for events
- Extra guests are not allowed unless previously authorized
- Respect for neighbours is highly appreciated. Please keep the noise down, especially after 10pm
- Please make sure to lock the door and all the windows when leaving the property
- Please be careful to turn off the heating when you leave to help us manage bills and keep the home available to book at a reasonable rate
- Please report any maintenance issues immediately so we can address them as quickly as possible. However, we will have to make a £50 call out charge if we are called out for something that is user error (i.e. entering the Wifi code incorrectly and reporting a problem with connectivity.)
- Please check out on time at 10:00am. Our cleaners have very busy schedules and we will have to charge £50 for any late departures to cover their expenses for waiting
- There is a £100 charge for failure to leave the keys in the key safe on departure. This is because we will have to conduct an emergency lock change for safety reasons
- It is not permitted to charge electric vehicles using the property's electricity supply.
