Welcome to the "La Casa Rosa". This waterfront estate is situated on 10 lush acres on the Saint Martins river in tranquil Ozello Florida, between Homosassa Springs and Crystal River Florida.
You'll enjoy evening sunsets from the back porch and direct access to the Gulf of Mexico just 10 minutes out the river.
The house features a dock so bring your shallow draft boat to access the scallop grounds to the west, the waterfront restaurants in Homosassa 25 minutes to the south (10 Minutes by boat) and springs of Crystal River 30 minutes to the north.
The recently updated house offers offers a tropical feel with a slightly nautical style and space for 5 upstairs with another 2 bedrooms (sleeps 4) and bath downstairs. Groups of 5 or less not needing the downstairs bedrooms may request a discount on the nightly rate as well as the cleaning fee. There is close to1200 sq feet of covered recreation area on the 1st floor. There are dozens of areas to break away from the group to relax and enjoy the nature around you. There is a fully stocked kitchen that has everything you'll need for that home cooked meal, just remember to stop for groceries on the way! The Great room offers a open concept style kitchen, dining for 8 at the main table and comfortable stools for 4 at the kitchen bar. The house also features a multi zone stereo system with speakers inside and out with Alexa control and access to Amazon Streaming Music. Phillips Hue lighting has just been installed throughout the house so you'll be able to set the mood!
The recreation area downstairs offers a great place to get out of the sun while still enjoying the outdoors. You'll find a full size pool table, dining for 8-12, a ten person hot tub, Webber grill and 5 kayaks that you are free to use to explore the river, inlets and marshes surrounding the property.
There is ample parking in the driveway and room for your trailer the open lot next door.
