Soak up the breathtaking 180-degree views of the bay whilst never having to get up from that cosy, warm spot by the gas log fire.
Situated in a quiet part of the Peninsula, Orana Waters is just a 5 minutes’ drive to shops and cafes at Safety Beach, Mount Martha and just 15 minutes to Main Street, Mornington, brimming with stylish shopping, a host of bars, eateries and restaurants.

The large glass fronted deck stretches the width of the house from the open plan lounge/dining/kitchen and front master bedroom. Here you can nestle in with a glass of red wine watching the sunset, rain and crashing waves below without ever having to step a foot outdoors.
The main front bedroom features a queen-sized bed, TV/DVD and the best uninterrupted water view you are likely to find on the peninsula. The rear bedroom (1 x Queen Bed) is cosily carpeted and leads to a large, elevated rumpus room with more beautiful water views.
An additional bedroom accommodates another two guests with two single beds and of course, you will never have to hop into bed chilly with central heating found throughout the home.
As the house is U-shaped, you can see the kids in the rear rumpus room from the front living room as well as when they’re in the solar heated pool which is located in the middle.
At Orana Waters, your wake-up alarm is a speedboat cruising by and if cooking is your thing, the kitchen is well equipped and features a long dining table that seats six with ease.
We would also like to assure all new and revisiting tenants that in light of the on-going COVID crisis, we are taking additional care with an enhanced cleaning routine of our home.
We now conduct a hospital-grade clean of our home including sanitising door handles, highly touch surface areas and clean our linen in boiling water.
You are welcome to bring your own linen if you prefer not to hire.
Our comfortable, much-loved holiday home of Orana Waters has given hours of pleasure to kids and adults alike – now it’s your turn to enjoy!
Please note: the home is split level with just three steps only to reach the main bathroom and a further three steps to access the back bedroom, rumpus room and laundry/bathroom.
Linen (including towel) provided at $30 a bed or you may provide your own linen and towels.
