This beautiful beach house has it all! You are just a 1 minute walk to the beach and 5 minute walk to Dewey' main street. Loaded with charm, hardwood floors, white wood beam ceilings, bright and light! Enter and you find a cozy living room with beautiful coastal inspired décor. The fireplace shown is not operational--decorative only!
The kitchen is fully stocked and has room for plenty of cooks to share the space. There is a small breakfast nook just off the kitchen.
The large great room overlooks the rear yard and has ample space for everyone to gather after a day at the beach. There is a large seating area with 50 inch flat screen TV as well as a large dining area that seats 8-10 comfortably.
The master suite has a super comfortable King bed and newly renovated bath with walk in shower. There are three additional bedrooms; one with a king, another with 2 full/double sized beds and one with two twins. There is an additional full bath on that side of the house.
The large yard provides great space for lounging or kid-play.
Up to 2 dogs allowed. $250/week for one, $400/week for two. Off season shorter stays are prorated.
The house has central heat/air, washer dryer, high speed wi-fi, parking for 4 cars.
Guests provide all sheets, towels, soap and paper products. Please ask if you have questions.
Longer stays than two weeks may require an increased cleaning fee.
This house is not rented to groups under 30.
All groups are require to purchase accidental damage insurance and pay a $500 refundable security deposit. If you have any questions, please let us know.
