Newly built in 2022, this single-level home occupies half of a twin villa in Palencia, a residential community five miles inland of historic downtown Venice. Some of the best beaches in the region are within an easy drive, including Venice Beach (six miles), Nokomis Beach (six miles), Caspersen Beach (eight miles), and Siesta Key Beach (18 miles).
