Bring the whole family for a stay in our cozy 5 bedroom home! Hang out in our open concept home with updated kitchen. Toast marshmallows at the fire pit, or hang out on the expansive deck at night. There is plenty of space to watch a movie and play games in the loft area! We are close to Camelback Mountain, Kalahari water park and the outlets.

For use of this extensive amenities list, you must purchase amenity passes and they are priced as follows for ages seven (7) and above: Daily pass: weekdays $8/per day - per person. Daily pass: weekend or holiday $10/per day - per person. Week pass (non-holiday): $30 per week/per person. Holiday week: $50 per week/per person.
IMPORTANT: Due to the Community rules and regulations - Once booking with us, please provide your full name, your email, phone number, home address, and full names & ages of all guests in the reservation (up to 12) which is required from the community for each reservation. If this info is not submitted 4 business days before check-in we will charge $500 to cover fines from the community. If there are any changes in the rental/tenant group(s) after Registration details have been submitted, a $30 change fee will apply for each rental change (must be done at least 2 days before your check-in date). Fines may be imposed if the change form is not received before the rental date. Renters are required to produce their vehicle’s plate number and valid driver’s license upon entry into the community.
