You can be in downtown San Diego and San Diego Int’l Airport within in 15 minutes. The home sits on a hillside on a quiet street with a canyon in the back yard and no immediate neighbors across the street. You will enjoy great views, quiet relaxation in the back yard, and lots of sunshine!
**We have a strict noise policy from 10 PM to 7 AM every day/night. We also do not allow gatherings of more than 10 people at any time unless prior approval is obtained with the owners. The neighbors of this home are older and WILL complain if there is excessive noise. If you are planning to have a party/gathering of more than 10 people or want to be partying after 10 PM, please do not book this home. We like to party too, we get it, but this is not a party house. This home is a peace and quiet kind of stay, not a party pad. Thanks :).
