This newly renovated and tastefully decorated villa is located in the F Building at Cedar Reef on Harbor Island. The one bedroom villa has two decks that look out at the swimming pool with the beach in the distance.
Once on the Island you have access to Harbor Island Beach and Racquet Club amenities which include a large swimming pool and Kiddie pool open April 1st - October 31st tennis courts, basketball court, golf chipping green, sand volley ball court, playground, shuffle board, and a fitness center. Harbor Island also has several fishing and crabbing docks for guest use.
Reservations are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.
** Please note there is enough parking for up to 1 vehicle at this property. Parking spaces are unassigned for Cedar Reef Villas **
Harbor Island Owners Association require a gate pass to gain access to the private island. GATE PASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Vehicle gate pass fees are per vehicle, set by the Island and are subject to change. The current rates are; for a day pass $20.00; 2 nights $30.00; 3 nights $40.00; 4 nights $50.00; 5 nights $60.00; 6 nights $70.00; 7 nights $80.00; 8-30 nights $130.00; 31-364 nights $205.00.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The marsh, the shallow shores, and everything was serene, the state park next door was unreal, almost like a rainforest. The entire stay was relaxing and felt as fantastic as a fairy tail. We are already looking forward to and planning our stay here next year!
