A perfect retreat for your next vacation! Nestled in the charming community of Power Ranch, this recently remodeled property offers everything you need and more.

There are two pools to choose from. The first pool is heated during the winter months, allowing you to enjoy swimming year-round. The second pool is great, especially for the young ones. It features playful sea creature-themed decor
The space
The first floor includes a comfortable living space with a 65" Roku TV, a desk, and kitchen/dining area. The kitchen is fully stocked and should satisfy any baker. Small things like a toaster, electric tea kettle, Ninja Blender are included. Pots and pans, cookie sheets, cupcake pan and more. There is also a half bath on the first floor.
The outside area includes a private yard with gazebo, grill, cornhole and a comfy sitting space. Wash/trail sits next to the home for extended privacy as well as a great jogging/walking trail. While a golf cart isn't included with the rental, you can borrow from the owners after check-in.
Upstairs features 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. 2 King beds are provided and 4 twin beds.
The master also features a 55" ROKU TV and the guest bedroom features a 50" ROKU TV.
Laundry room features 2 full size units.
Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap is included for your stay. Starter packs of coffee, dishwasher and laundry soaps are also included.
6 person Golf Cart is usable with a signature of a hold-harmless/indemnification agreement. Great for traveling around Power Ranch!

Guests can access the entire home with the exception of a locked closet where we keep supplies.
Other things to note
Power Ranch features 26.5 miles of walking trails as well as two pools. The larger pool on the south end is great for swimming laps and is heated in the winter months (currently being rehabbed to open Fall 2023). The north pool is great for children and typically usable May-Early November. This community is lined with beautiful tress, features over a dozen parks and has restaurants, and even golf nearby.
